billgoldschein Posted April 10, 2003 Report Share Posted April 10, 2003 I am unable to restore anything. I backed up my hard disk using RE 5.5 express and it occupies 12 cd -rws. My computer failed and I purchased a new one. Now when I try to use restore it says " no known backup sets". All of the disks are filled with data but totally inaccessible. When I use explorer to view each disk it says free space 0 bytes which means it is full and total size 0 bytes which means it is empty. What is going on here?
