Can't get scheduled scripts to run...

Dear Forum,

I'm running Retrospect Professional 6.0.206 on Windows XP Pro.

I cannot get two scheduled scripts to run. When I validate the scripts, they appear to validate fine. I'm even able to run them immediately through the RUN menu.

The scripts are scheduled for every night at 12:00 Midnight, and 3:30am. One is an incremental backup, the other is a duplicate backup.

My energystar options turn off my monitor after 2 hours, but my hard disk never spins down, and my system never goes into standby of hibernation.

Logs don't indicate that anything went wrong -- in fact, they don't seem to indicate that the scripts were launched at all.

Any suggestions?

Best Regards,

Stephen Greenfield

Dear Mayoff,

Tried everything. Retrospect LAUNCHES, but the script isn't executed. When I check to see if the script is prepared, Retrospect says it is. The scripts are also in the schedule.

Something else is going on here -- either pilot error -- or program defect.

Stephen
