msassano Posted March 23, 2003 Report Share Posted March 23, 2003 I just bought a Maxtor external hard drive, which came with Retrospect Express 5.6. But this does not support my Sony DVD writer. It appears that 6.0 does support the Sony DRX-500ULX. How can I confirm that this writer is supported? If supported, I would like to purchase the upgrade to 6.0, but the authentication code was just enterred in the installation wizard. How do I find the code to upgrade online? Thanks.
