I notice that creating snapshots takes a long timea and have read the knowledgebase artice about permissions etc. I am wondering if there is any point in saving a snapshot if all we do are nightly recycle back-ups of the entire server. Mayoff Posted February 26, 2003 Report Share Posted February 26, 2003 If you do not save the snapshot you will not get a backup of the registry and complete volume restores of the disk will be very difficult.
