Snapshots not saved

Yes!

 

I am getting a volume full message in the log - even though there is 20Gb of available disk space. Thanks for pointing that out. I was expecting Retrospect to at least pop up a dialog box. Dumb idea when I think about it.

 

Now - why do I get a volume full message?

Go to Configure > Backup Sets and 'Configure' your backup set. On the Summary tab, the location of the catalog file will be listed - make sure you saved it to the correct drive.

 

Check the format of the destination volume - it must be formatted as HFS+ (Extended format) to allow full use of available space.
