IrenaS Posted March 26, 2002 Report Share Posted March 26, 2002 Here's an excert from the full User's Guide that might be helpful: Recycle backup - A recycle backup is useful to periodically reset a backup set so that it does not grow forever. A recycle backup completely erases the backup set and catalog before copying all selected files to the backup set. All previous data in the backup set is lost. If you have an older version the word "Recycle" might not appear anywhere. Sorry I can't remember what the previous term is, but the concept is the same.
