terrencebarr
I am running Retrospect Desktop 5.0.205 on Mac OS X 10.2.1. I have found that about 50% of the time the "All Files" selector results in no files being selected. Re-selecting the sector and re-running "Preview" often fixes the issue and all files are selected. However, the behavior is kind of random and this is irritating since each "Preview" run takes approx. 5 Minutes (due to the large disk size). Any help is greatly appreciated. -- Terrence
IrenaS
What happens if you don't use the Preview window and go straight to backup?
terrencebarr
OK, I tried that just now and the correct number of files gets selected when I go straight to "Backup", so this seems to be an issue with "Preview". However, once the backup starts with the files selected Retrospect runs into the "Assertion check at memory.c-776" (see my other post). -- Terrence
