Amir
I have Retrospect Express HD 2.5.113 running on Windows Server 2003. I am trying to do a restore, but am getting 0 restore points, even though backup was done successfully and there are restore .rdb files on the extrenal drive. I get an hourglass symbol indicating some sort of activity, but even after waiting for hours there is no change. I would appreciate some assistance. Mayoff
Express HD is not a server product. It is not supported on Windows 2003 Server. You must use a server edition of Retrospect.
Amir
Thanks for the reply. I got the same answer from customer support. We were using version 1 before and I only updated recently to try to solve this restoring error. I just downloaded Retrospect 7.7 multi-server (though I am told there should be a single server version coming soon). I am trying the 7.7 version now. My main concern is whether I could still restore old files backed up with HD version 1.
Mayoff
7.7 can restore data from the old version.
