Ayla Posted December 3, 2009 Report Share Posted December 3, 2009 Hello Our company has an unlimited client license for Retrospect 8 Mac. I have around 100 Windows XP clients, that use Outlook 2003. I would like to backup their .pst files, without having to close Outlook first. In my script I have checked "Backup Open Files", but I still get a "locked range" error for the .pst files. I read something about a Open File Backup addon, do I need that? If yes, what is the exact product name I need to purchase to get this to work?
