fpound Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 I'm using retrospect 8.1 to back up tons of video files to LTO tape. Right now, I think I need to view the catalog files of certain media sets / tapes to see what is on them. But, when I open the .rbc catalog file, retrospect opens, but nothing else appears. rhwalker Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 I suspect that you are being hit by the Daylight Savings Time bug that prevents access to backups before November 1. I imagine the exist in the catalog folder but I can seem to open them. is there a trick? an import button? a reset date and time stamp thing? or is this just a major intuitive flaw on my and retrospect's part... thanks for you help! For both the console and the engine? Then stop/restart the engine? Could you confirm the Retrospect versions (8.1.???) you are running for both the engine and console?
