Can't use Open File Backup option for XXXXXXX (C:), error -1017 (insufficient permissions.

I am using Retrospect 7.0.326. I have been using for years on win xp pro. Am now using on windows 7. I remember having this problem before and tech support had me change permission for a file but don't remember which file, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Retrospect 7.0 isn't supported on Vista and it for sure will never be supported on WIndows 7.

 

The current version of Retrospect, 7.6 also is not yet supported on Windows 7 but will be soon.
