Source Unavailable (NAS Drive)

Recommended Posts

I'm backing up my local drives, networked clients, and a network drive (NAS). Everything has been working fine but suddenly the NAS drive won't back up – I get "error -1101 (file/directory not found)". When I try to browse the drive in the Sources section, I just get "source unavailable". I can browse the drive fine in Finder.

I tried re-adding the source by it's "Get Info" address – smb://SMB on Library._smb._tcp.local/Library – and by it's IP address, but I get "Can't find the requested responder (-530). To be honest, I don't remember exactly how I added this source originally. I think it was via smb://etc.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this problem started when I did the latest Retrospect update recently. Any advice? Need more info?

Edit: just confirmed that I updated Retrospect to 8.1.148 on June 29, which is when the problem started.
