Scripts Backing up & Restoring

I'd created some "Duplicate" Scripts & the program was working well; then my system crashed but as I'd backup of all my documents i've the run documents for all my scripts but can't find a way to get them into the program

sorry if my questions wasn't clear.

 

what i'd meant was i've re-installed windows Vista after it crashed & now how do i use the *.rrr files (run documents) that i'd saved earlier, is there any way or do i have to re-create all the scripts again?

 

if not whats the best way to keep a backup & restore later if required of the manual scripts created

 

i use Vista & for now am only using the "duplicate" option for backups

In this situation you may be better off creating new scripts and new Run Documents. With a new install of Windows the script sources will change and maybe even the destination.

have now created new scripts & am taking daily backup of folder-

C:\ProgramData\Retrospect

 

if i ever need to re-install retrospect how can i use this backup to re-create my scripts?
