jenson Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 Have set up the rule to back up only the user documents folder. Specified the user computer as the source. After the job is done, found it not only backed up the user documents folder I wanted, but also backed up other millions of empty folders like \windows, \recycler, \program files and all their subfolders. Mayoff Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 Excluded folders in the source have always been included as part of the "snapshot" when you use a rule/selector If you do not want the snapshot to include the folders, then narrow the source down using a favorite as your source.
