Mayoff
Can you please be more specific? What exactly do you do to make this happen? What type of volume is this; AFP, SMB, WIndows, linux, etc. What Mac OS Version is the engine running on? What do you mean "this volume is already logged on"? Is it mounted to the desktop? Mayoff
1) Restart the computer 2) Launch the Retrospect console 3) Go to Sources 4) Do you see Projects listed? 5) If projects is not listed, are you able to add it? If not, do you get any errors displayed in the OS X Console when Retrospect fails to mount the disk?
CallMeDave
According to the OSX its not mounted... "mount" in OS X means more then just showing up in the Finder. 1- In terminal, type "mount" (without the quotes). See what's listed. 2- In terminal, type "man mount" and read about what you saw above. 3- Do what Robin suggests.
