johncharnock77
I mistakenly agreed to download the auto update that was released yesterday - only to discover that your need to download the retrospect engine which I did - now retrospect freezes and I have to force quit - complete uninstall and re install has not fixed it - therefore retrospect currently not used - considering asking for my money back - too many bugs - not made a decent backup in over a week
Mayoff
now retrospect freezes and I have to force quit When does it freeze? What is the software doing when this happens? What type of Mac? What operating system version? How much RAM? Any errors in the OS X console?
johncharnock77
Hi - I managed to fix it - I needed to go into the system and delete some of the old config files from the application folder - I have another two problems now !
