I can add a bit more info to save everyone some time (certainly anyone in Europe anyhow) you need to email eurosupport@emc.com with the following information; Proof of purchase for the existing version of Retrospect you have already the licence code for this existing version of retrospect Contact details (including email address if it is to go to a diferrent email) They then reply with a UAC (upgrade authentication code) which you input into the following website - http://www.retrospect.com/en/upgrades/wizard_intl.dtml along with your licence code.
