Mayoff
I saw a problem when using a NAS with a space in the name. We have a bug for that. I am not sure if this is the same problem or not. Can you browse the NAS from within Sources? If you remove the NAS and add it again, does it change anything?
johncharnock77
Hi - the nas does not have a space in the name and I can't browse the nas from within Retrospect - if I delete the nas and start again it will probably work OK for one back up and then fail. Mayoff
I guess I am confused. The name you show in your post is " New Company". That has a space in the name. I don't know if that is causing the problem, but I know I had trouble with spaces recently.
johncharnock77
Your right the share is called share but the folders in share (favorites) have spaces
Mayoff
If you can't browse within Retrospect how did you add a Favorite? That process requires a browse operation.
johncharnock77
Hi - As I mentioned if I re created the share it would probably work - fist time around it does so I can add favorites - next time it come to back up the favorites are not accessible.
