Maser
Just for clarification on this one: If I have a disk media set set to groom where I have it set to keep "10" backups... And I use a proactive script with this media set that has 5 clients backed up daily... So after 11 days, I would actually have *55* backups to that media set (but have not run out of disk space...) And I manually run the "groom" -- which is set to keep 10 backups. What will get purged? 1 backup for each client? (leaving me with 10 backups per client?) Or 45 backups (leaving me with the last 10 backups total?)
Mayoff
Setting Retrospect to 10 backups will cause grooming to remove everything expect for the last 10 backups for EACH source volume
Maser
Thanks for the clarification. That's what I was expecting.
