New install of Retrospect v8 - post beta

I deinstalled the beta and acquired the new release.

I then set up a new full backup and started it. When I returned to the office, expecting to maybe have to choose another tape in the Tandberg T24, the software was in a unresponsive state, spinning wheel of death.

After force quit, this is what I got after I restarted the software....I cannot even extract a log to sent to tech support.

Setup:

Apple Xserve 10.5.6 with Apple 2GB Fiber channel and 4GB fiber channel cars, Tandberg T24 StorageLibrary via fiber channel

This was done by direction of Andrew Anderson:

Show contents for the RetrospectEngine.Bundle object and when you get to the Retro.ini file you can hold down Control, click on the file, select open with, select other and choose the TextExit program. You will see a line that says SetDevicesLogging=3 change that to 7 and save the file. You will want to stop the engine before doing this.
