andyshayes
At start up Retrospect Helper Service window appears and then asks me to reboot. Do I have a problem?
Mayoff
This is an old bug in 6.5. You can stop the helper service and set it to manual.

tienbing
My Retrospect Express 6.5 has just stopped operating. It is not recognized by my PC. Just a couple of days before this happened, it started clicking at various times of the day. Is it time to just trash it and replace it or is it fixable? Thanks for any help
