ddicharry
Using Retrospect Express 7.6.111 on Windows XP, SP 3. Updates worked fine until recently when I began getting message: "Could not connect to the Retrospect Automatic Updates site". Message recommended making sure I'm connected to the internet (I am, and able to access Retrospect support from within the program) and that program is properly configured (it is, there's no proxy server). Last successful check for updates was 10/9 (automatic). No Launcher error messages, but manual check for updates does not connect. Thanks for any help. Mayoff
You have some type of firewall that is blocking the automatic update check.
