pedaler42
r-express from iomega disk. Did a 4 folder backup successfully. Saw message, "Iomega disk doesn't support extended file attributes." What does this mean? Is it Mac only? Windows only? Some images have had captions added in the Explorer properties. Do these get lost? Meta data in jpg's -- does that get lost?
Mayoff
What file system has been used to format the disk? Edited October 14, 2008 by Guest
pedaler42
Looks like it is FAT32. But the question is --what gets lost if the Extended File Attributes are lost?
Mayoff
If the source is NTFS then the destination really needs to be NTFS.
