josemabcn
I bought the Lacie 2big external Raid Disk. I installed the software Retropect Express HD 2.0 from the CD included with this Lacie product. I have Windows XP Professional SP2 isntalled in my computer. When I run the software from Start->Program Files displays the following error message "Retrospect needs to close because an error has occurred ...". josemabcn
In this link: http://www.emcinsignia.com/supportupdates/updates/retroexpress/ I only see the new version of Retrospect Express 7.6, not HD 2.5. From HD 2.0 this new version is not a free update. Where is the HD 2.5 version? Thanks, Jose Try to download HD 2.5 from our website and try again. http://www.emcinsignia.com/updates
