Glennm56 Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 Greetings: I recently installed an upgrade of EMC® Retrospect® Express HD at the software's suggestion to version 2.5.113. I also started to use the included MOZY service. Mozy is working fine, but ever since the upgrade retrospect won't back up and gives me an 1102 error message, saying it can't find my C drive. Needless to say the C drive hasn't gone anywhere, been re-formated, partitioned or otherwise changed. Mayoff Posted September 23, 2008 Report Share Posted September 23, 2008 It sounds like the settings may be corrupted. You can try to reset the settings. Exit Retrospect Express HD. Go to documents and settings\all users\application data and rename Retroexpress to retroexpressold. Open Express HD and try to reconfigure your settings.
