Error 1102 since upgrade

I recently installed an upgrade of EMC® Retrospect® Express HD at the software's suggestion to version 2.5.113. I also started to use the included MOZY service. Mozy is working fine, but ever since the upgrade retrospect won't back up and gives me an 1102 error message, saying it can't find my C drive. Needless to say the C drive hasn't gone anywhere, been re-formated, partitioned or otherwise changed.

Any help would be appreciated.
