birdog63 Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 I am running Retrospect for Windows version 7.6. I recently switched to using external drives as my backup location. I am experiencing a failure to launch the backup script automatically at its scheduled time. There is no error given but I can launch the script manually. There is no report in the backup report. When I check the media and script I get a message indicating that the media and script is valid and the data should be backed up. Does anyone have any suggestions?
