gentlejm Posted August 1, 2008 Report Share Posted August 1, 2008 I am using Retrospect Express HD v2.0.214 with an Iomega external drive. I have it set to Backup "My Entire Computer" every day at 7:00am. I started doing backups on 5/9/08 and have restore points going back to that date. When I go to Restore and choose the most recent Restore Point (8/1/08) for my Local Drive, I cannot find any files that have been created since 5/9/08. Doesn't the Backup My Entire Computer option add files that get created since the first Restore point was created? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mayoff Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 It could be a damaged catalog file. Delete the .rbc file on the backup disk. The software will rebuild the file next time you open Express HD. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
