acohn Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 I bought a Vista machine, installed my Version 7.5.324, but when I try to update I get the message that files are being used by "Retrospect Launcher (Process: 1880). I close Retrospect Express, have configured so Launcher doesn't start and rebooted and even tried stopping Retrospect Launcher (1880) in taskmaster services but still get stuck at that point and can only exit the update. Mayoff Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 I guess you haven't had a chance to check out the Read Me for the current version?
