Retrospect Express does not recognize me as having administrator privilege, but my account (the only one on my laptop) is set as administrator. All my backups are thus filled with errors. 2. The Retrospect launcher does not work, when I exit I get the following message: Retrospect Launcher service is not running. Some scheduling features will not be active until system restarts or until the service is started manually. Any ideas how to fix this?
