trdi
How many GB am I likely to fit on an 80 minute CR-R or CD-RW? Can I restore files backed up on my work PC, to my home PC (assumes home PC has Retrospect installed) and vice- versa? Note, work PC is Win 98 , home is WINXP. Software is Retrospect Express for single user.
lv2ski
Well, a CDR/CDRW doesn't hold a GB. It holds MBs. So it will hold about 650mbs. Yes you can restore files on a different machine but you will need the device that you used as well as Retrospect on both machines. You cannot restore from a regular CDROM drive.
