Can't use Setup button in Retrospect Express HD

When I select Setup & Rstore in the Maxtor One Touch Menu, I get a notice "Loading Retrospect Express HD". After a long delay, I get the Welcome screen to Retrospect Express, but cannot activate any keys. Re-installing the programs from the Maxtor Installation Software CD did not correct the problem. The Maxtor One Touch and Retrospect Express worked properly for the past two years until this occurred.

Any help would be appreciated.
