cmfulmer Posted March 5, 2002 Report Share Posted March 5, 2002 How do I do this? I have backup up Documents and Settings from my C: drive thanks to a little help from Mayoff. Now, on my weekly backup, I want Retrospect to recognize and backup only changes made to those files not a complete backup every time. Lots of the files will never change again so it seems like a waste of time and effort to backup everything everytime. Any help is greatly appreciated. lv2ski Posted April 4, 2002 Report Share Posted April 4, 2002 It sounds like you want to do a Normal Backup - which is what we consider Incremental Plus. Incremental plus backs up everything the 1st time and just anything that is new or changed after that and appends that to the end of the set. This is what Retrospect does by default.
