Moving to a New Computer

I am moving to a new computer next week and want to check on the proper procedure to

 

"initialize catalogs" as outlined on p. 156 of the User's Guide.

 

 

 

It says that "the easiest way to do this is to select all of the catalogs in the Windows

 

Explorer, and drag them onto the Retrospect application icon." I read this to mean that

 

I should drag the catalog files from the Windows Explorer window to the Retrospect

 

icon on the desktop.

 

 

 

Is this correct? Since I am not sure exactly what is happening in this move, I feel a

 

bit uncertain about it.

That is correct. Or highlight them all....and double click on one. That will open them all up and point them to Retrospect. Then you can close them amd be on your way!
