Performed automatic cleaning process on tape drive by pressing clean button on drive while retrospect was running. (duh) New to this version and Sony Ait Auto loader. (obviously) backup running normally until media request for client. Load a fifth 500 gb backup tape.(quitting retrospect this time) Drag the tape up into the first bay to load - manually erase and name the tape. Fire retrospect up. run backup, does not recognise the tape. Can't find option to skip to a new member in this version.
