joecorv73
I have Retrospect Xpress v5.0 -v5.0.238 and upgraded driver v3.4. Running on iMac with OS X 10.2.8 I’m using a CD drive Philips CDD 5301 with Memorex CD-RW. Problem- When I try to back up the HD or any multiple CD required files, when the first CD is full it ejects and when I try to load another CD nothing happens. I have to exit Retrospect to close the CD drive. What would cause this problem? I also have your Retro Xpress v4.1 on another older imac and can keep putting disks in until fully backed up. Please advise. [color:blue] [/color] :ooo:
natew
Hi This is covered in the readme. You need to gently push in the CD drawer to insert the next disk because the keyboard ejet/insert key won't work when Retrospect is running. joecorv73
Tnnks for the help. I could not find it in the readme section , but I tried as you said and it seems to work. This question was actually posted in the wrong section, should have been in OS X. Thanks again.
