Joseph Musumeci Posted August 19, 2003 Report Share Posted August 19, 2003 Sirs: I am using Mac OS 9.0.4 and retrospect 4.3c. When I try to back up all files to a back up set, everything goes smoothly until about disk 6 (using 100mg zip drive). After disk 6 is finished, it ejects and the program directs me to install disk 6. When I do that, the program locks up and I have to restart. This happens several times, including the next disk. Sometimes it recopies disk 6 before it will accept disk 7. Then it will do the same to disk 7. After numerous attempts and restarts, it finally gets through the program. natew Posted August 22, 2003 Report Share Posted August 22, 2003 Hi Have you tried using another disk for 6 and 7? How much data have you backed up when you get to that point?
