Mayoff Posted March 4, 2002 Report Share Posted March 4, 2002 Backup allows the data to be stored in a custom Retrospect format with compression and encryption. Includes Registry. Duplicate stores the files in the original native format. This method does not work as well when copying system volumes. Express can not duplicate the windows Registry.
