yurman Posted December 18, 2002 Report Share Posted December 18, 2002 I have a new iMac and purchased the 5.0 upgrade online. I was running 4.3 on my old computer. I installed Retrospect and get the window asking for my name and license code. I've entered the old licence code from 4.3 but the 'OK' button remains greyed out. It seems that I have the right retrospect express installer, and like others the ok button is still grey, must I contact customer service?
