gspiese Posted July 21, 2002 Report Share Posted July 21, 2002 As a test I tried to clone the drive on my DP G4 running OSX 10.1.5 to my Powerbook. First I installed OSX and all updates on the Powerbook. Next I did a Restore Entire Disk to the Powerbook while booted into OSX. After the Restore is complete I see tons of errors in the log. All are -43 File not found errors. When I reboot the Powerbook it starts to boot then I get the blue screen then nothing. When I boot into single user mode and run fsck -y it says the drive is fine. Is what I am trying to do even possible? If it is what am I doing wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
