albydamned Posted July 19, 2002 Report Share Posted July 19, 2002 Recently renamed an iMac on our network. Reinstalled retrospect client on the desktop and reconfigured retrospect 4.3. It doesn't back up and the log shows nothing. No errors, no attempted back up. Retrospect geniuses unite!!! Help a rookie look god-like in the eyes of his peers. "dude... how did you make that work?" What does the client software say when you open it on the client side? Does it say it has been logged in? Any backups happen that it reports on that side?
