retrospect via RDC

Hi,

 

The environment:

 

Software: Retrospect 7.5.387 Multi server

Backup Server OS: Windows Server 2003 EE x64 SP2

Console pc OS: Windows XP SP2

 

The problem:

 

After installing windows updates can't run retrospect over remote desktop connection.

He is half-open and you can't close it: only through Task Manager, killing Retrospect.exe process.

If you also kill retrorun.exe process you CAN normally run retrospect.

 

Does someone recognize this problem?
