wills3 Posted December 4, 2006 Report Share Posted December 4, 2006 The server which hosts the Retrospect backup software rebooted and when it came online again I went to launch retrospect (7.0.326) it asked me for my license again. Once I entered it all my scripts clients volumes and catalogs were gone. Is there a simple way to fix this or do I have to manually set it up again. Is there a method for backing up the Retrospect setup/internal databases so if this happens again I can use that as a recovery method?
