rford123 Posted November 27, 2006 Report Share Posted November 27, 2006 Have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with a Philips DVD +-RW DL drive (model:SDVD8820). Retrospect Express does not see an optical drive at all, and under the Environment tab, I can custom configure, but it fails on all types of media. Apparently the drive is not supported.
