popaw
I get a message that I haven't backed up my drive in 7 days. I go to restore and see a current restore point, after which the message doesn't show up again for another 7 days. I useing 1.1, and windowsp2
nekr0phage
Hi, Check Windows' Add/Remove Programs list. If there is a Retrospect client listed in there, uninstall it. This is likely what is reporting no backups.
popaw
Hi, thanks for your repley but I missed one important item. The backups are there, it's just a message that says I haven't backed up in 7 days, but in fact I have. (according to the restore points). I didn't have any clients listed in the add/remove programs, just Retrospect1.
nekr0phage
The Retrospect client is the only application that would give you this message. Make sure you look for "Retrospect Client 7.5", or perhaps another version number. If you don't see anything, try getting the 7.5 client installer and see if that will allow you to uninstall it. You can get the 7.5 client installer here: http://emcinsignia.com/supportupdates/updates/retrospect/#UPDATETYPE51
