gaultney3 Posted October 12, 2006 Report Share Posted October 12, 2006 I am a single user and recently upgraded my motherboard. I re-installed ver. 7.5.324 and Drivers and Hot Fix 7.5.6.105. When attempting to run the program I get an error message "Retrospect requires administrative privileges to backup." I am the administrator and have never seen any information in the set-up process to use a login and password as administrator. nekr0phage Posted October 12, 2006 Report Share Posted October 12, 2006 Hi Jer, There may be something configured incorrectly with your user account. Try creating a different account and launching Retrospect with that. I believe Retrospect requires admin priveleges to install as well.
