Disk space error on backup

We are running Retrospect 5.6.132 on a XP Pro system which has been working fine until recently. It backs up about 8gb of data to a USB hard drive. Now when the backup runs it reports "Not enough disk space for selected files" in the error log.

 

The drive is a 160gb USB drive, has 150mb free. We are only backing up about 8g of data.

 

Deleting and recreating the backup devices and jobs did not help.
