remraf Posted December 1, 2003 Report Share Posted December 1, 2003 Recently had to replace cd burner in backup computer. I purchased a memorex 52x-32x-52x (cd-r,cd-rw, cd). I should of checked retrospect support but didn't. Is there anyway to enable this device using another generic driver? Or when could I expect official support? I'm running retrospect 5.6 desktop. natew Posted December 4, 2003 Report Share Posted December 4, 2003 Hi As far as I can tell this drive is not yet supported in Retrospect 6.5 either. Your best bet is to try using a trial version of Retrospect 6.5 to build a custom driver.
