Automatically "proceed" onto a second tape

Recommended Posts

I have Retrospect Backup 5.5 that does a full backup each night. Sometimes (maybe once a month) the tape fills up and I will need to insert a second tape. I have a tape that I always use as the 'second tape'.. it is named "2-DailyBackup".

So for example, "1-DailyBackup" will fill up and the tape is ejected and Retrospect requests new media that will be named "2-DailyBackup". I then insert the tape that I had used say a month earlier as the 'second tape' (so it is already named "2-DailyBackup") and Retrospect wont actually resume on that tape - I have to click "proceed" first.

This is no huge big deal, but is there a way I can get Retrospect to always 'proceed' writing onto a new tape no matter what it is named?
