gfichter
After upgrading my motherboard on my server, I need to reinstall Retrospect. All the data is still available, but since the Windows 2000 installation is brand new it doesn't know about Retrospect. Can anyone tell me how to reinstall Retrospect without blowing away the configurations, script, logs, and data? By the way, this is the first time I tried to get help from Retrospect, and I was shocked to learn that they now offer ZERO free technical support. Seems outrageous to me, since they promised tech support when I bought the product. Anyway, if anyone has an answer I'd be glad to hear it. lv2ski
Do you still have your config files? They hold your scripts, codes, etc. Config55.dat and .bak. Just put them into the new install of Retrospect. 30 days free support to new customers. 1800 225 4880
