askirkland Posted July 16, 2002 Report Share Posted July 16, 2002 Does anyone know why Retrospect would "forget" the which slot is the cleaning slot in a Dell DDS tape library? I have to set the cleaning slot everyday in Retrospect for Windows Server ver 5.6. If I don't, when it searches for the correct media it will eject the tape magazine when it gets to the cleaning tape. I don't think Retrospect likes my cleaning tapes... Thanks!
